Extra UK Topeak Babyseat II Recall

Recall Summary

Extra UK are recalling the Topeak Babyseat II because it can cause crushing or laceration of a child's fingers.

Recall Issue

Extra UK has found that it is possible for a child to place their fingers in the grab bar hinge of the Topeak Babyseat II bike child carrier. When the grab bar is lifted to remove the child this can trap the child's fingers in the hinge mechanism posing a finger crushing and laceration hazard.

Extra UK are supplying a free retro fit kit that when fitted to the Topeak Babyseat II will stop the child from being able to put their fingers in the grab bar hinge.
